Pandesal (Filipino Bread)

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Tsp or 1 pack active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, yeast, 2 tsp sugar and let is sit for 10-15 mins until foamy
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl or mixer
- Add Sugar, butter, and egg
- Mix until all ingredients are incorporated and form a smooth dough.
- Transfer to a light greased bowl and let it rise for 1 hour or until the size is doubled.
- Divide dough into 24 equal parts and shape it into a ball.
- Dip dough into the breadcrumbs and arrange in a pan.
- Let it rise for another 20 mins.
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F
- Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
