Crispy Fish balls

Ingredients
- Cooking Oil
Fish Balls
- 1 lb fish fillet
- 3/4 cup corn starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
Sweet and Sour Fish Ball Sauce
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Fish ball mix
- Place fish in food process to puree
- In a bowl mix fish, corn starch, salt, baking powder, sugar, water, onion, garlic and spring onion.
- Chill for 30 mins.
- In a pan, heat cooking oil.
- Deep fry for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
Fish Ball Sauce
- In a saucepan mix water, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar.
- Let it boil.
- In a small bowl, dissolve corn starch and water; mix in until the sauce thickens.
