Adobong Pusit (Squid)
Ingredients
- 2 lbs squid cleaned
- 5 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 pc Onion large
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1 tbps Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbps oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste optional
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a pan.
- Saute garlic and onion.
- Add squid and cook it for about a minute.
- Pour in vinegar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Bring it to boil then add salt, pepper and sugar.
- Mix it well and lower the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve it and enjoy.
